Why does the catalytic fractionation tower have two diesel extraction ports and two intermediate reflux ports?
One is heavy diesel and the other is light diesel, but basically all the devices on the lower one are no longer used, but they were still installed when the design institute was doing the design.
Heavy firewood and light firewood also have two extraction outlets respectively. This is to use different extraction outlets according to different product requirements (such as condensation point).
Generally speaking, the upper extraction corresponds to the upper return tower port in the middle section, and the lower extraction corresponds to the lower reflux port in the middle section. This can avoid product failure.
The designers have already considered everything, and they are all left over from the older generation of design researchers. The new designs can be retained as long as they can.
It makes sense. It is set according to different production plans. The upper extraction bucket is a fully extracted bucket, and the lower extraction bucket is a semi-extracting bucket. The design considers using two reflux tower temperatures to control the outlet temperatures of the two ports respectively. But one reflux is also possible, because in normal production, two extraction outlets cannot be opened at the same time. This post was last edited by Wheel Rolling on 2007-12-13 15:21 ]
The upper and lower diesel outlets are used to control the pouring point of diesel according to different production indicators.

Learn the same* Although I learned about oil refining, I wasn’t very sure why.
The upper and lower diesel distillation outlets change the 95% point and freezing point of diesel according to seasonal changes. There are two return ports for the oil in the middle section to provide external return flow for diesel, thereby improving the distillation effect of the tray.
