Issue with failed addition of components to PROII

Adjusting the database options should resolve this issue, and there are various ways to enter the pro11 component (name, molecular formula, etc.), so all of these can be tried.
How do I adjust the database options? I’m just starting to learn ProII; I’m a beginner and still in the process of figuring things out. Could you please explain things in more detail?

Click on input/component selection; there is a databank hierarchy in the lower left corner. You can give it a try – I’m not sure if it will be helpful. Under normal circumstances, the default database allows for normal input for most cases. You can also choose to enter data by selecting from lists
