Order No. 8 has been in effect for 1 year, and AQ8003–2007 has also been in effect for half a year; the safety facilities catalog is set to come into force as well. How is the safety acceptance assessment for hazardous chemical construction projects carried out in line with the requirements of these three regulations? The current guidelines for safety acceptance evaluation (AQ8003–2007) are merely advisory standards without specific details; as a result, safety acceptance evaluations vary widely. The requirements set by the safety supervision agencies and evaluation experts also differ from one another. Therefore, it is recommended that, at this stage, when conducting safety acceptance evaluations, attention should be paid to the characteristics of the entity being evaluated, and every aspect should be checked to ensure nothing is overlooked； Second, the acceptance evaluation must also meet the requirements of the local safety supervision agency officials and the evaluation experts. Of course, it is also hoped that the relevant authorities will introduce more detailed evaluation guidelines so that there is a basis to rely on during the evaluation process.
