Ten mindsets of employees who violate safety rules: 1. Lack of emphasis in thinking: Although leaders at all levels emphasize the importance of safe production in meetings and various other occasions, safety is still neglected in actual work. 2. The attitude that safety production is \"not one’s concern\": Believing that safety production is the responsibility of managers and has nothing to do with oneself; failing to correct, report, or inform others when they violate safety rules. 3. Self-perception: Believing oneself to be experienced, approaching work using old methods and habits, and engaging in reckless violations of regulations. 4. Complacency due to luck: Seeking convenience at work and acting recklessly by violating rules. 5. Foolish risks: Some employees fail to follow scientific methods in their work; especially when carrying out emergency repairs or dealing with accidents, they act on emotions, ignore the implementation of safety measures, and engage in risky operations. 6. Rebellious attitude: Some employees, after being criticized by their supervisors, team leaders, or colleagues, develop a rebellious attitude, leading to them doing the opposite of what is asked of them. 7. Abnormal mental states: Some employees have their emotions affected by societal, family, or personal physiological factors, which makes them prone to making mistakes; as a result, abnormal behaviors occur. 8. Herd mentality: At the work site, if someone fails to comply with safety operation procedures and other regulations related to safe production, and no one from management or safety officers intervenes in a timely manner, others will follow suit. 9. Competitive mentality: Some employees compete with each other at the work site, leading to tragedies as a result. 10. Carelessness: Some employees do not conduct thorough safety inspections at work, and the corrective actions taken for the identified issues are inadequate; as a result, small problems can lead to major accidents.
