Do liquid ammonia transmission pipelines stored at room temperature require insulation?
If the subsequent equipment does not require consideration of cooling capacity, insulation may not be necessary

Insulation is required regardless of whether cooling is needed or not
Note: It is the ambient temperature; there is no cooling capacity to maintain.
1. Whether insulation (cold protection) is present or not has little to do with the cooling capacity requirement； 2. If the conveying pressure is low (around less than 2.0 MPa), the temperature is sufficient to vaporize the liquid ammonia in pipes without insulation ； 3.
