You asked this question in a hurry; you need to make it clear. Check whether the inlet pressure of the pump in use is lower than the pump’s designed pressure ； Is it also possible that the air hasn’t been fully released? It can be solved now, right?
If nothing else works, take the filter apart to check if it’s clogged
Reason: 1. Clogged imported filters and pipes； 2. Incomplete exhaust ； 3. The high temperature of the medium results in an insufficient effective net positive suction head for the pump ； 4. Leaks in the imported connection components ； 5. The impeller and mouth ring of the pump are worn, resulting in large gaps ； 6. If a dry gas seal is used, its leakage rate should be checked.
