Freezing prevention issues in urea plants

Our facility will not be using vehicles this winter. Does anyone have any good tips for preventing freezing, and which parts need special attention? Our facility uses a carbon dioxide stripping process.
All pumps should have any accumulated liquid drained from them. Meanwhile, all steam pipelines and the low-point condensate drains of the steam saturators should be opened to drain the liquid before being closed again. The circulating water system should also be drained thoroughly, with special attention paid to the heat exchangers. If the shutdown period is long, nitrogen purging should be applied to the high-pressure and steam systems. Pumps should be manually rotated regularly.
