The hot water in the hot water tank is used to supply the fluidized bed dryer for circulation, and it is heated by direct steam. However, when the temperature of the return water is low, significant vibration occurs in the area where the hot water tank is located. What is the reason for this?
My understanding is that it is the intrusion of steam that causes vibration in the tank; our facility has experienced accidents due to this issue – steam from the cold liquid tank getting into the high-pressure steam system led to an explosion
