Our company plans to launch a coking project, and we have considered several types of furnaces. The main methods for producing semi-coke are internal heating and external heating; each method has its advantages. However, these are all small furnaces with a capacity of 100,000 tons each. If we combine them, we can achieve a production capacity of 600,000 tons. Could any expert recommend one suitable for us? Thank you!

In our unit, semi-coke is produced using SJ-Ⅲ type low-temperature dry distillation furnaces. These furnaces require less investment, enable high production of semi-coke, yield significant amounts of tar, have few malfunctions, and are easy to operate. They are widely used in the Shenfu Dongsheng mining area and surrounding regions, delivering excellent economic and social benefits； The “water-based coking” method is used during coking, which solves the problem of dust pollution.
