Why was I demoted?

When I came in this afternoon, I was still in the second grade of elementary school, with 15 points in Wealth and 5 points in Charm. Now that I’m back here, I’m in the first grade again, with 5 points in Wealth and 3 points in Charm. I didn’t perform any actions after coming in this afternoon, nor did I receive any messages regarding this. What’s going on? Also, I would like to ask everyone: is the level determined by points?
1. The level is determined by points. Score = Charm + (Views ÷ 2000) + (Reputation × 5) + (Essentials × 5) + (Contributions × 10) + (Posts Posted × 0.05). 2. Thank you to the nice girl on the second floor for her helpful answer! I went to collect a red envelope (to advance to the second grade after 7 days), and that’s how I was able to move up to the second grade; before that I had indeed returned to the first grade, and I was still confused about it. The relationship between levels and points has been clarified, thank you!
Make sure you’re obtaining points through the proper channels; if a post of yours gets rated, but it turns out to be a duplicate post, the rating is usually deducted. Be more careful in the future.

Hehe, maybe the registration window for the 30s was deleted, and dozens of members lost 2 charm points. There was a problem with that registration window, but it’s the 30s, so it’s still a long time away from now. This impact is negligible for existing members :lol In a situation like the OP’s, just getting another upgrade bonus will take them to level two.
My score has also decreased by 2 points, but it doesn’t have much impact on an individual level; it’s probably related to the registration window around the 30th
