Six components including Aspen Dynamics cannot run; please identify the reason

After installing Aspen11.1, I found that several components would not function. For example, when I tried to start Dynamics, which I needed urgently, the mouse cursor just flashed once and then did nothing anymore. Could anyone tell me what’s going on?

I tried installing it several times and it worked, but I suggest trying on another computer or reinstalling the system. My understanding is that if the installation isn’t successful or isn’t carried out in the correct order, registration information remains (even after uninstallation), which prevents proper installation in the future.
