In pdms, when using the orientate/rotate command, there will be a coordinate system in the screen during rotation, with a letter in the middle such as N/S/D/U/E/W. What does this mean? The pole of rotation during rotation is the value set in direction, but after rotating by an angle, how do you know which base point the next step is to follow?
