Request: Analysis of investment and operating costs for CFB boilers and pulverized coal boilers

Our unit plans to install a 410-ton coal boiler; the sulfur content in the coal is below 3%. There are two options: either build a CFB boiler, which eliminates the need for a desulfurization unit, or build a pulverized coal furnace along with an ammonia-based desulfurization system. I would like to know which option results in lower investment costs, and which one has lower operating costs after it is built – specific data would be appreciated. Thank you all.
