Why can’t I download attachments from the forum?

Can’t you download anything at all, or are there only some things that can’t be downloaded? I sometimes encounter this situation too
Given your high level, it’s still possible to encounter such situations; it’s because our wealth value isn’t sufficient that we’re unable to download things. I’m not sure if those that can’t be downloaded are due to other restrictions; it seems you’ll need to get in touch with the moderator. I think since you’re at such a high level, you could apply to be a moderator or something to take things to the next level!
They’re already high school students, so they have high reading permissions. There seems to be a small issue on the site. Sometimes I can’t access the forum; I’m not sure if it’s also a minor issue with the site.

I don’t understand; I’ve never encountered this. How is it that all of you have so much wealth?
I haven’t encountered that situation; generally it’s possible, unless there are issues with permissions or wealth. The original poster shouldn’t have such a high score
The poster doesn’t seem to be short of money, and there’s no issue with their reading permissions; ask the moderator to check the situation
