Is such a welding specification feasible? Conduct a weldability assessment for automatic welding using φ3.2 wire on 14mm thick 316L plates. Is it okay to use a current of 450-500A, a voltage of 34-36V, and a welding speed of 30m/h?
Is the poster aiming to prepare a PQR or a WPS? If it’s a WPS, there must be a corresponding PQR; otherwise, third parties or quality inspection authorities will demand it when conducting reviews.
