All types of pump nozzles have load limits, and the installation of supports and hangers should take into account the following: 1. Install supports, hangers, or spring-loaded supports on the pipe section near the pump； 2. When the pump outlet nozzle is vertical upward, a support should be installed at the bend closest to the pump, outside the pump foundation; alternatively, a hanger can be placed at the bend above the pump outlet ； 3. For high-temperature inlet and outlet pipes, the relative thermal expansion amount between the restraint point and the pump pipe outlet should be minimized as much as possible ； 4. Adjustable supports should be installed on the pipe section near the pump for the pump’s horizontal inlet pipeline; spring supports can also be used ； 5. For reciprocating pumps, the distance between pipeline supports should be reduced; pipe clamp-type supports should be used as much as possible, while hangers are not suitable ； 6. No brackets shall be installed on the pump base.

For fixing frames, our company generally uses gantry types; for sections that require a large degree of adjustment, suspension brackets are used

To minimize the stress on the pump outlet nozzle, supports and hangers should be installed on the pipeline near the pump’s outlet. For pumps arranged in rows, a steel beam should be installed above the inlet and outlet pipes to support the weight of these pipes; generally, the weight should not be supported by other pipes. Adjustable supports should be installed at the inlet and outlet pipes of the pump. For pipes that experience vibration, shock-absorbing supports should be used to properly adjust the position of the pipes and reduce the additional forces exerted on the pump nozzles due to installation errors. For pipes with vertical thermal (cold) displacement, spring supports should be used to reduce the force exerted on the pump nozzles. To cause the pipeline to shift in a specific direction or to have displacement in a particular direction, thereby reducing the forces acting perpendicular to the pump axis, guide supports or limiting supports should be installed. .

Sliding supports should be used for imports and exports.
