Use of domestic 317L material in the project

I want to use domestically produced 317L (00Cr19Ni13Mo3) stainless steel sheets in polyoxymethylene projects; I’m not sure whether the properties of this domestically produced 317L material are satisfactory I would like to know about the use of domestic 317L in petrochemical projects. 317L, national standard 00Cr19Ni13Mo3, austenitic stainless steel. The 317L alloy (UNS S31726) is an austenitic stainless steel based on molybdenum. Compared to conventional chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steels such as 304 alloy, it has greater resistance to chemical corrosion. Furthermore, compared to conventional stainless steel, 317L alloy possesses higher ductility, stress corrosion resistance, compressive strength, and high-temperature resistance. It is of the low-carbon grade or L grade, which possesses resistance to sensitization during welding and heat treatment processes. Steel grade SUS317L-00Cr19Ni13Mo3 – Characteristics: Compared to 316L, 317L offers better resistance to seawater and SCC. Applications: Used in chemical ships, chemical product reactors, and other chemical equipment that requires high corrosion resistance. As far as I know, domestic 317L is rarely used in pressure vessels; imported 317L material is generally employed. Are there any domestic projects, especially those involving chemical industry pressure vessels, that use domestic 317L? I hope the person upstairs can be more specific. 18.30 The fittings for the urea synthesis tower in this project are made from this material, and its corrosion resistance is comparable to that of 316Lmod.

What are the differences between domestically produced 317L steel sheets and imported 317L materials? The new national standards of 2007 set the compositional requirements and mechanical property requirements for 00Cr19Ni13Mo3 on par with those of the ASME standards. Then why is 317L material imported for use in domestic projects? In what aspects is the 317L material produced domestically inferior? Looking forward to a reply from industry professionals.
There are several issues related to this, one of which is the problem of decarburization; in areas where high corrosion resistance is required, certain requirements are placed on the carbon content in the materials. Second, many factories in China choose lower limits for certain alloy components when processing materials in order to reduce costs, which in turn reduces the corrosion resistance of those materials. Third, the heat treatment techniques are not stable, leading to uneven distribution of alloys within the materials, although these materials still meet the standards； Fourth, there is a lack of experience in alloy rolling domestically; the sheet shape is not optimal, and the surface quality is somewhat poor.
