There may be issues with the liquid output from the falling film absorber; it is recommended to check the liquid outlet pipeline system
The question isn’t detailed enough; I don’t know how to answer it. However, please check your lower acid U-tubes to see if the height is sufficient

How is the pressure in the furnace changing? According to what the poster said, it’s caused by poor flow of acid. You can check whether the flow in the pipes carrying dilute acid is smooth, and when designing the absorber it’s necessary to take into account the height difference with the storage tank, in order to minimize resistance in the acid delivery pipes and add gas-liquid balance tubes to help with degassing.
