Space is hard to come by; I don’t understand why cleaners waste resources in this way. Please use the limited space for useful purposes! I understand your intentions very well; a person’s energy is limited. There’s no need to force us to post replies in order to get paid – if we don’t post replies, then we won’t be paid. The moderators’ salaries can be paid directly by Chao Ban based on their performance, on a monthly basis. Why make things so complicated? We won’t mind whether it’s more or less!

Perhaps this is the way salaries are paid on forums! When I was a moderator on Forum 56, at the end of each month the administrators would post a message in the moderation area; the moderators would then reply with their own evaluations of their performance for that month. Afterwards, the administrators or super moderators would distribute corresponding payments based on those ratings.

This form of salary payment has also just been introduced. Just delete the post after the salary is paid! There will be more and more spam posts on the forum, and the burden will grow heavier! Some meaningless and outdated posts can be deleted; why are they still kept? These posts won’t do much for the forum! (Personal opinion) It’s clearly a request for help, yet some people still reply with “Send it to my email...”. I reply by telling them it’s a request for help and that they shouldn’t send it, but the next day another message saying “Send it to my email...” appears under my reply – it’s extremely frustrating! I really want to deduct some points from him, but I can’t go too far! The post can’t be closed, let alone deleted; so what’s left is to delete his reply! As a result, he comes running back to ask you why you deleted his post! “What’s so special about moderators.......... The forum should at least have a way to delete posts!
