Our company’s rectifier cabinet has been in operation for five years; four 3000A components are connected in parallel, and currently the minimum current sharing among them is just a little over 0.6. First, adjust the component positions based on the pairing principles for the component parameters; if replacement is necessary, it is recommended to use components from Zhuzhou Times Electronics, which offers the highest quality in China. Rectifiers in operation require frequent testing of current sharing and adjustment to ensure good current sharing performance. By using an automatic current sharing detection device, it is possible to automatically monitor online the current sharing coefficient between components in each arm, the current sharing coefficient between arms, issue alarms for abnormal current sharing, record the current waveforms of silicon components, and display the single-phase current, arm current, and total current. It also features functions such as remote communication, over-limit alarms, and bar charts. The operating current of each component is collected in real time to assist maintenance personnel in adjusting the system current sharing. The outdated method of manually conducting periodic inspections to measure the voltage drop across each component in order to adjust the current distribution has been replaced in order to address the issue of real-time online monitoring of the operating conditions of these components.
