Those in the industry who use the cylindrical demister produced by Tianjin Lizhong would be kindly asked to share their experience, focusing on the demisting efficiency and pressure loss.
Tianjin Lizhong and Nanhua Research Institute are among the two earliest institutions in China to engage in the research, development, and manufacturing of fiber mist eliminators, but Lizhong has seen less widespread application of such technologies.

During the mid-year maintenance at the end of July, due to low costs, the supply and distribution department purchased 10 components from Tianjin Lizhong. A few days ago, tests were conducted to measure the demisting efficiency, which was only 30–40%, whereas it was over 70% before the maintenance work.

We have used the demisting elements from Tianjin Lizhong, and they work well. Generally, when it is observed that the resistance increases rapidly, it should be taken out, rinsed clean, dried, and then put back in. Spare components should be provided for timely replacement to ensure mist removal efficiency.
