How to machine large-diameter threads

Our company manufactures pressure vessels, and we often encounter the need to machine bolt holes with large diameters, such as 105 mm. We use boring machines for this purpose, but the threads often end up misaligned. We are seeking methods for machining threads of large diameter. Thank you first.
