Hehe, the process is a positive-pressure process: after coming out of the coke oven, the gas passes through the rising pipe and the gas collection pipe to reach the gas-liquid separator; it then goes to the primary cooler, passes through the electrostatic tar remover, and reaches the blower. Finally, it goes through the ammonium sulfate saturator before reaching the final cooling tower and the benzene washing tower.

Suggestions for starting up chemical production facilities should cover the following aspects: 1. Individual unit commissioning plan; 2. Pipeline pressure testing, cleaning, and airtightness testing; 3. Integrated commissioning plan (including instrument calibration and DCS system tuning); 4. Steam used to displace air; 5. Gas used to displace steam; 6. Plan for starting up fans; 7. Emergency response plans; 8. Preparation of startup diagrams. 9/ Among these plans, it is also necessary to consider the preparatory work prior to startup, such as compliance with **legal and regulatory requirements, the adequacy of fire protection measures, and the availability of auxiliary facilities. Additionally, the sequence of startup operations and the organizational structure for carrying out the startup process need to be taken into account
It is also very important to ensure that employees receive adequate training so that they are familiar with the production processes and the work site.
