Now let me introduce the situation: The medium in the pipeline is a saturated sulfuric acid anhydride solution with a solid content of about 30%. The flow rate is about 1 cubic meter. The pump chooses an open impeller, about 5 cubic meters. If the excess flow flows back, the pipeline will be blocked if the pipeline is stopped and the material is not discharged in time, and it is difficult to clean. Furthermore, after long-term operation, a thick layer of salt will be deposited on the pipe wall section, which is difficult to clean. At the pump outlet, lead a boiler feed water (or desalted water, other water sources are not recommended because they contain chemicals). The pressure is determined according to the specific situation. When the system is shut down, flush it for a period of time (just dilute the saturated solution in the pipe); For pipe wall crystallization during normal production, the main focus should be on strengthening the insulation of the pipeline. Steam tracing or electric heating can also be added.

Strengthen thermal insulation and frequently purge with steam; Accumulate as little material as possible.
If the crystal is clogged, add steam to the pump outlet to clean the line. After the pipeline is used up, pay attention to cleaning it with water or air.
According to the actual status of the process operation, steam should be used for cleaning in time, and other clean gases such as nitrogen should be used to clean the line.
If the temperature of the material in the pipe is not high, insulation should be the best method to solve it once and for all.
