After identifying the major hazard sources, they should be marked in the appropriate locations. Here, we have marked them at the liquid chlorine storage tank. However, there is disagreement regarding what should be indicated there. What we currently mark is “source of major accident hazards”; meanwhile, there is another designation used here, which is “major hazard source”. We are not sure which one should be used. . A major hazard source is not the same as a “source of risk for major accidents”! ! !

I think marking things is secondary; our ultimate goal is safety, and safety actually depends mainly on individuals’ awareness.
