As far as I know, there are two companies: one is located in Jiangbei, Chongqing, and the other in Qingtian. I think the one in Jiangbei, Chongqing, is pretty good; it’s a bit inferior compared to Ba Industry.
In the PVC industry, it is more widely used in Jiangbei, Chongqing. It can basically meet the production requirements. However, the capacity of a single unit cannot compare to that of imported ones.
How are Tianjin Boruite and Haishen Mechanical and Electrical Factory?
Zhejiang Light Machinery – horizontal piston-fed centrifuges, which perform well in the chlor-alkali industry
We used Haisen’s, and the results were good
:):time: The sedimentation centrifuge produced by Zhejiang Xiangshan Haishen Electromechanical Factory will do.
The centrifuges in Shanghai are of good quality, but at a higher price.
We use Foliewei products made in Germany; their price is lower than that of Ba Gongye’s products, yet the quality is just as good. We haven’t considered domestic alternatives. This post was last edited by yzhms on 2008-5-31 18:04.]
In Jiangbei, Chongqing, we use Ba Industrial products; the factory in Henan uses those from Jiangbei. The technician said they are pretty good
For PVC sedimentation centrifuges, we use three manufacturers: Haishen, Ba Gongye, and Fulewei; CPE uses products from Ba Industry, while Kaimo’s denitration system relies on piston feeders manufactured by Zhejiang Light Machinery Factory; overall, Ba Industry’s products are the best – they’re as user-friendly as disposable cameras.
Settling centrifuge from Zhejiang Xiangshan Haishen Machinery and Electrical Factory
There are those from Chongqing Jiangbei and Zhejiang, but currently the machines from Chongqing Jiangbei Machinery Factory are used more often, and their performance is quite good
For domestic ones, we use those from Jiangbei with a dry-base capacity of 15 t/h; we plan to use those from Tianjin Boruite. This post was last edited by yzhms on 2008-5-31 18:05]
For equipment, maintenance is just as important as its use; by being familiar with its performance and using it carefully, equipment failures can be reduced.
The centrifuges in Jiangbei, Chongqing are good; our company has two of them in use.
We are satisfied with the centrifuges produced by Zhejiang Light Machinery. I just bought two P-40s recently.
Jiangbei in Chongqing is nice; there’s also Xiangshan in Shanghai. Additionally, there’s one in Zhangjiagang called Hua something
We use Jihua centrifuges; those from Chongqing Jiangbei are not good. Here we have two Jihua centrifuges and two from Jiangbei, and the ones from Chongqing Jiangbei keep breaking down frequently – they are of poor quality, while Jihua’s products are excellent
