A safety facility report generally consists of the following contents: 1. Project overview and participating entities； 2. Bases for construction, laws, regulations, standards, etc ； 3. Inspection status of raw materials for safety facilities ； 4. Construction status of major safety facilities ； 5. Quality of safety facilities and evaluation ； 6. Project summary. The main safety facilities include: 1) pressure vessels, pressure pipelines, and special equipment ； 2) Safety valves, explosion-proof plates, etc ； 3) Safety protection measures for equipment, including labor protection equipment for machines, eye wash stations, protective covers for moving equipment, braking systems for lifting equipment, HVAC systems, safety signs, passageways, as well as facilities related to occupational safety, personal protection, and equipment protection ； 4) Lightning protection grounding ； 5) Fire protection system, fire fighting water, fire prevention, fire alarm ； 6) Interlock protection instrument systems such as DCS/ESD, etc.
