It is recommended not to use a skirt, but to use ear supports. If the calculation of ear supports is not enough, rigid reinforcement can be considered. Large skirts are only seen in the skirts of pressure relief towers, which are often reinforced by frames.

There is no limit to the height of the skirt, it's just too unsightly. I suggest using non-standard ear supports. At least 4 of the 2800 diameter should be used, and the frame structure beams can be made from the ground.
