In the examination questions for D-level pressure vessel design reviewers in Shandong Province in September this year, there was a question asking: For a certain pressure vessel, if the hydraulic test is replaced by a pneumatic test, what elements should be added to the technical requirements? If the hydraulic testing for pressure vessels is replaced by pneumatic testing, and if 100% radiographic inspection of the weld joints was already required as part of the technical specifications, are there any additional requirements that need to be added?
