How can we ensure the long-term proper operation of a fluidized bed furnace, and how do we determine the operating air volume for such a furnace?
This is a major issue that involves not only technology but also the level of corporate management. In my personal opinion, stable furnace conditions are a prerequisite; to achieve this, the grade, composition, and moisture content of the raw materials must remain stable. The subsequent acid production process also needs to be stable; otherwise, frequent start-ups and shutdowns cause significant damage to the furnace lining.
