Report lxw-99 and ttclf

I think there’s an issue with these two IDs; please check them. I’m not sure if it’s appropriate to post this here, but I think it wouldn’t be suitable for the craft design discussion forum, to avoid spam or arguments, which would be bad. From these two posts, it seems to me that lxw-99 is responsible for producing the products, while ttclf is in charge of advertising them. Please make a decision. After it is accepted, this post can be deleted.
On the second floor, there is one case from Shanghai and one from Liaoning. One topic relates to advertising, while the other relates to failure to post according to regulations; each case was handled on an individual basis.
