May I ask what is the production volume of PVC in Inner Mongolia? For example, the annual PVC production of large, medium, and small enterprises such as Linhai Chemical in Inner Mongolia, Junzheng Chemical in Wuhai, and Sanlian Chemical this year.
In recent years, several calcium carbide-based PVC projects have been established in Inner Mongolia by Eneos Chemical (Phase 1: 400,000 tons, Phase 2: 600,000 tons, Phase 3: 1 million tons)
Inner Mongolia has seen the most PVC projects in recent years. Without exception, the process used is the calcium carbide-acetylene method, on a large scale.
Inner Mongolia has resource advantages; many owners in the PVC industry place great value on this region, as coal, electricity, and calcium carbide are inexpensive there. The only drawback is that transportation costs are slightly higher, making it an excellent location for investing in PVC production.
Inner Mongolia Linhai Chemical has a capacity of 120,000 tons per year
Alxa Wustai Economic Development Zone in Inner Mongolia: The first phase of Zhongyan Jiyanhua Group has a production capacity of 200,000 tons (operations have already started); the second phase has a capacity of 400,000 tons. Hunli Chemical Industry of Inner Mongolia Chenhongli Group has a production capacity of 100,000 tons in the first phase, 200,000 tons in the second phase, and 400,000 tons in the third phase – all of these facilities use the calcium carbide process for PVC production
