I would like to learn the basic analysis methods for mass balance and heat balance; please advise me, experts
Based on the law of conservation of matter, such as mass conservation and atom conservation, mass balance is calculated in conjunction with chemical reactions. Heat balance calculations require taking into account reaction heat, or enthalpy values (with constant-volume specific heat possibly being used in such calculations), latent heat, and other factors; these are all fundamental knowledge for process engineers.
First, define the system to be studied, and then calculate the quality and heat content of the materials entering and leaving the system. Calculations are performed based on material balance and energy balance.
