How to write safety operating procedures? What are the steps involved?
First, get familiar with the process flow and start compiling from the raw material unit. Familiarize yourself with the function and characteristics of each device in the system; then, based on the process flow, arrange the operating procedures for each device in the order specified by the chemical processing units. This will result in a preliminary set of safety operating procedures, which can be further refined and improved to complete the task. Haha, it’s just my personal opinion – I’ve only written a few procedure manuals; I have little experience, so please don’t laugh at me. :lol
