:Handshake: Regarding the conduct of a survey and statistics on the synthesis towers used in urea production facilities across various chemical enterprises nationwide, we ask that everyone provide information on the volume of their urea synthesis towers, the date they were put into use, as well as the manufacturer responsible for their design and construction. Please also provide the inner diameter of the towers so that it can be included in the statistics
Our factory has already filled out the form and responded; it was organized by the Nitrogen Fertilizer Association
Our factory has two units! Manufactured by Dalian Heavy Machinery Manufacturing; they were put into operation in July 2005 and December 2006 respectively. So far, they have been inspected once, and corrosion was detected – the issue is mainly related to the materials used during manufacturing. The inspection was carried out by Jinling Petrochemical. Urine synthesis tower: diameter = 1600 mm, height = 34106 mm; material: 316L Mod. Total volume: V = 63.4 M3; it is equipped with 12 trays inside!
Our plant has one set of urea synthesis towers, which were manufactured by Hefei Chemical Machinery Factory. With a volume of 12 cubic meters and a diameter of 1200, it is equipped with 21 trays inside.
