Simply click on Help in the toolbar, which is the button with the question mark. Then, in the directory, there is a menu called Command Reference; within that menu, there is another menu titled Command, which lists all the commands. There is also a list of command abbreviations, with the file named acad.pgp. Just search on your computer.
