Clear water: 2.58 tons per ton of 100% caustic soda; pure water: 1.641 tons per ton of 100% caustic soda. Direct current energy consumption: 2144 kWh per ton of 100% caustic soda; alternating current energy consumption: 29 kWh per ton of 100% caustic soda. Steam: 0.796 tons per ton of 100% caustic soda; raw salt: 1600 kilograms per ton of 100% caustic soda. These are the performance metrics for our unit, with the direct current consumption increasing as the electrolyzer operates for longer periods of time. For your reference. Due to different processes, there are also certain differences in consumption. General technical appendices usually provide some description of the consumption of utility services; regarding electricity consumption, the technical appendices should include guaranteed values. Therefore, it is recommended to refer to the project’s technical attachments. :lol

Upstairs, why is it that in your company, having just one good steam efficiency indicator is enough to reduce the overall energy consumption? How is this calculated exactly? ?
