Could someone tell me about the current progress of space furnaces, which companies are using them, how they are performing currently, and what the investment costs are:handshake
1. Currently, there are no operational records for space furnaces. 2. The manufacturers in China that have already signed contracts or have confirmed their intention to use this technology are: · Anhui Linquan Chemical Industry · Puyang Longyu Chemical Industry (controlled by Yongcheng Coal and Electricity, with an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons of methanol) · Xinxiang Zhongxin Chemical Industry (controlled by Yongcheng Coal and Electricity, with an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons of methanol) · Anhui Samsung Chemical Industry (controlled by Yongcheng Coal and Electricity, with an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons of methanol). 3. The companies where progress is fastest at present are Anhui Linquan Chemical Industry and Puyang Longyu Chemical Industry; however, it is estimated that they will not start production until the end of 2008 at the earliest. 4. In terms of investment, when comparing only the gasification (including air separation) segment, it is roughly 70% for SHELL and 90% for TEXACO. Just as Shell had more than a dozen such systems introduced into its system by Sinopec through \"**behavior\" agreements, is it intended that the so-called space furnaces be acquired in bulk by Yongcheng Coal and Electricity Holding?
4. In terms of investment, when comparing only the gasification (including air separation) segment, it is roughly 70% for SHELL and 90% for TEXACO. I don’t know where the investment ratio comes from; personally, I think there’s a problem with it.
Several of their companies are working in collaboration with the aerospace industry, and the costs are not very high
That’s why it’s all under the control of Yongcheng Coal and Electricity
According to what we know, the furnace operates at 40-50% load for over 60 hours.
