Regarding equipment spare parts

The workshop is preparing spare parts for the equipment, but there’s a lot of information that isn’t complete – there’s a lack of gaskets and nuts, as well as specific details regarding flange specifications. I want to know how to determine any one of these items, so that I can figure out the specifications for the other items as well

Equipment spare parts are stocked according to the equipment documentation, while hardware components are found in the hardware manuals.
If flanges are missing, they should be measured or the original standards sought out. If the flange is missing bolts, nuts, or washers, they can be selected as a set based on the dimensions of the mating holes. If there is a flange along with bolts, nuts, or washers, the matching dimensions of any one of these components can be determined, allowing for the selection of the other two components.
The suggestion from c_m_1979 has been accepted, and the standard has been added to the documentation. Technician Chenl said that it seems like such a thing does exist, but I’m not clear about the specific procedures; it hasn’t been put into use yet. Thank you all for your help
