Today’s Jianli companies all claim to have highly qualified personnel and extensive experience in project supervision, ensuring client satisfaction and peace of mind. But for a project that requires hundreds of millions in investment, leaving it entirely in their hands gives me no sense of confidence at all. Moreover, can they really understand our design thoroughly in such a short time? Please discuss.
The key is to clarify the responsibilities, rights, and interests of all parties, to enforce them strictly and conscientiously, and at the same time, the client must understand their own position.
I agree with the opinion above; it’s best to clearly define each person’s responsibilities at the early stage of the project, the more detailed, the better, to prevent shifting blame when problems arise. No matter how experienced he claims to be, one still can’t completely rely on them; it’s necessary to make decisions oneself, with their opinions serving as a reference. Of course, this is different if you have a thorough understanding of the supervision company and trust it.
Generally, the supervision company selected should have experience in supervising similar projects; of course, the most important thing is that the supervision staff possess relevant experience in such projects. There is a high turnover of staff in supervision companies these days; generally, staff in larger supervision companies are more stable. In smaller supervision companies, only the chief supervisor remains relatively stable; when there are projects, a few people are hired, and once the projects are completed, the team is basically disbanded
