It is recommended to enable the functionality for uploading WinRAR attachments in the replies of the help-seeking section. Currently, when seeking assistance, it is very troublesome to have to upload a file; one can only provide a link or start a new thread. Moreover, if a new thread is created in another section, it might be deleted if not handled carefully. Alternatively, the forum could create a temporary file storage area, such as an online hard drive, which would also work
When seeking help or offering assistance, the following points should be kept in mind: 1. For issues related to access to resources, first use the search function to check whether such information already exists on the forum. If one’s level of access isn’t sufficient, I think everyone should be allowed 2 emergency requests for literature per month, as a way to address urgent needs temporarily； 2. As other resources are needed by only a small number of members, I think it’s a good idea to upload them to a network drive. After all, we should try to reduce the workload on the servers in order to ensure a good browsing experience for everyone ； 3. Appropriate rewards should be provided to motivate everyone, as uploading files to a cloud storage service isn’t an easy task after all. 4. Methods for transferring files: QQ and Wangwang are good options; other methods can also be considered.
