I have never heard of lightning protection being related to the cathodic protection of sacrificial anodes. If the anti-static grounding and lightning protection grounding of the storage tank are shared, the resistance value should be the smaller of the two. Generally, it is no more than 10 ohms.
Lightning protection grounding resistance is not greater than 10 ohms； The anti-static grounding resistance should not be greater than 4 ohms.
