Our company uses Liu Fujida compressors, with an inlet pressure of 0.5 MPa and an outlet pressure of 0.75 MPa. They perform well; many caustic soda plants use these compressors, and the overall feedback on them is very positive.

I have used both Gunite 6M50 and 4M20, and their performance is quite good.

I have visited the manufacturer in Wenzhou, Gunai. For its compressors, it relies on the blueprints and technology provided by Huaxi General Machinery Company (now known as Sichuan Dachuan). Its advantage lies in its private-sector management style, which results in higher work efficiency. A large-scale processing center has been established in Jiangsu, giving it strong competitiveness in the compressor industry. Our company has used his compressor spare parts, such as cylinders and piston rods, and the results have been good; however, we have not yet used the complete compressor itself. However, the compressors produced by our Huaxi factory are widely used. In the ammonia synthesis system, there are 6M40 nitrogen and hydrogen compressors, as well as 2D16 and 2D12 circulators; for carbon dioxide compression, the M53 is used. In the purification system, the 4M16 desulfurization flash compressor performs well.

Only the valve from this factory and the packing for the 512 cycle machine were used; the main unit was not utilized.

The host’s operation is not very stable; it is recommended to avoid using Gunaide, as there are many problems, and most of the related technologies are not yet mature

There is a carbon dioxide compressor along with some accessories. The compressor is fine; it’s relatively inexpensive and has low operating costs, but the accessories are pricey. Their quality is acceptable. Processing cycle.

Our factory mainly uses some of his related components, such as packing, piston rods, and other components for machinery; overall, the quality is quite good.

Our factory uses a large number of Rollair compressors. So far, there has been only one instance of a piston rod breaking, and the wear on the U-joint is relatively fast; however, there are no other major problems, and the operation is quite stable – much more stable than that of the two compressors used in our factory’s pressing department.

Our company installed two Gnauer 6M32-190/31.4 nitrogen-hydrogen compressors in October 2008; they are of high quality and have been performing well.

Overall, there are no major problems, but there are plenty of minor ones! Our factory installed an 185 compressor in 2009, and it has been operating without any major problems to date. This year, we added 9 units of the 305 model; the cylinder head side now uses packing (i.e., dual packing). However, the packing at the rear end is not functioning well, and there is frequent smoking. One reason for this is that the cooling water pipes are too thin, resulting in poor cooling effects. The main issue, however, is the large amount of movement at the end of the piston rod. So far, Gunaide has not been able to come up with a satisfactory solution, and it seems that things will not get much better in the future...

Gunei’s compressors are mainly used in fertilizer production; they are not widely used by other chemical companies.
