For chemical production facilities, the issue of protecting equipment pipelines during winter has always been a matter that deserves our attention; this is especially true in cold regions during winter, where it should be treated as a top priority! At present, the production equipment at my company is in the stage of purging for airtightness. Although the facilities are in preparation for operation, preventing freezing and condensation in the equipment pipelines remains our main task at this stage. Even so, freezing points still occur frequently. It is hoped that those with experience in this area will generously share their knowledge to help resolve this urgent issue! Similarly, there are similar problems with the airtightness of the equipment – soap bubbles freeze as soon as they come into contact with the flanges on the equipment pipes, making it very difficult to detect leaks!
