The design unit for ammonia oxidation

We are planning to build a ammonia oxidation unit recently; it will be a small to medium-sized facility that uses platinum catalysts at atmospheric pressure. The nitrogen oxide gas produced is used to manufacture nitrite-based chemical products. Since a pressurized process is not suitable for this application, we are not considering using such a method. It is similar to the ammonia oxidation process used in older atmospheric-pressure nitric acid production facilities. May I ask which domestic design institutes have carried out designs in this area so far? Thank you!
