Design of ammonia oxidation unit using atmospheric pressure method

We recently intend to install an ammonia oxidation plant using atmospheric pressure; the nitrogen oxide gas produced is used to manufacture nitrite-based chemical products, and therefore we will not use an ammonia oxidation process that relies on high pressure. May I ask which domestic design institutes have carried out designs in this area? Could you please provide that information? Thank you!
**Isn’t it true that the atmospheric pressure method and the combined method are not allowed for producing nitric acid? Do you still dare to use it? No wonder no one dared to claim it! :lol (just kidding)
Anyway, our design institute has never done it!
