During our company's winter production in Northeast China, the hydrogen compressor often stops due to temperature reasons. Who has a good idea? ?
Machine manufacturers are required to add insulation and heating equipment. For northern applications, hot oil heating circulation equipment and circulating water cooling devices are generally used.
For the hydrogen compressor in our workshop, we built a factory building and added heating. We opened enough ventilation holes with a diameter of 1 meter on the top of the factory building, which solved the problem of frequent compressor shutdowns. Although some people say that the hydrogen compressor factory building does not meet the design specifications, due to the low density of hydrogen, hydrogen will only float upward after leakage and be discharged from the factory building through the vents, and no so-called accumulation will occur. Without designing the factory building, but just adding heat tracing to the oil pipelines, it is impossible to solve the problem of normal supply of lubricating oil.: If the heating temperature is high, the lubricating oil will easily vaporize; if the heating temperature is low, the lubricating oil will have poor fluidity. Usually, design institutes design low oil pressure interlock shutdown for the lubricating oil supply pressure of hydrogen compressors, which causes frequent shutdowns of hydrogen compressors in winter. To sum up, we should not stick to the rules, theory should be combined with practice, and specific problems should be analyzed in detail. Only by building factories and adding heating can the problem be solved fundamentally.
