Certification related to instrument design

A few years ago, the Chinese Association of Automation introduced something called a Certified Automation System Engineer, but it didn’t generate much response in society. I think the main issue is that this association has nothing to do with the Ministry of Construction; they don’t recognize it. I haven’t even obtained any certificates yet. My colleagues in other fields often talk about obtaining certificates, and seeing them work so hard to get them makes me feel a little disappointed. Well, I can only keep learning in order to cover up that sense of disappointment. Is the field of self-control a forgotten corner? Does anyone have any news regarding certifications related to instrument design?
The Ministry of Construction does not recognize this certificate, but the automatic control center station of the Petroleum and Chemical Exploration and Design Association is also involved, so there should be an explanation for this.
This certification is too difficult to pass; to this day, the required reference books have not all been released.
