Selection of centrifugal pumps with a small amount of crystals

I find it quite difficult to select a centrifugal pump for handling materials containing a small amount of crystals. We have used ordinary chemical pumps such as IH and IJ pumps, but their performance was poor; the mechanical seals tended to leak. We also tried the WIHF series of fluoroplastic chemical pumps produced by Jiangsu Wuxin Fluorine Pump Co., Ltd., which feature single-face mechanical seals, and this reduced leakage to some extent, though it still did not fully solve the problem. The transportation of materials with a small amount of crystals is a common issue in chemical production. I would appreciate it if those who have experience working with similar materials could share their insights and suggest considerations for selection, as well as indicate which domestic manufacturers are good at addressing this issue.
Is this crystal required for your process? Should it still be avoided? For slurry pumps, American companies GOULDS and DURIRON both offer specialized models. If avoidance is possible, can insulation using a jacketed pump be employed, along with an appropriate flushing scheme to prevent it? I’m not sure if my understanding is correct; let’s see if anyone else has something to say.
