If you open the anode side of the ion membrane for inspection, you will also find this phenomenon. Therefore, you must control the amount of iron salt added during air flotation, and the floating mud will be slightly red. Of course, it also depends on your clarification effect. If you are using an Asahi Kasei tank, it is recommended that you take a look at the rotor of the PHRCA-314 on-site flow meter. Is it red?
If it is a problem with primary salt water, it must be a problem with FE salt. The formation of ferric chloride as a flocculant is the most likely.
